Orosi Man Busted for Lewd Acts with a Child Under 14

On 09/20/19 around 8 p.m., Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were called to a home in Orosi for a report of lewd acts with 13-year-old. When they arrived, Deputies contacted the reporting person who said a man that they knew touched the 13-year-old inappropriately.

After speaking with the reporting party, victim, witnesses and suspect, 31-year-old Cesar Rodriguez was arrested and taken to the Adult Pre-trial Facility, where he was booked for lewd acts on a child under 14 years of age. The relationship between the victim and suspect is not being released.
