On 03-05-18 at 0219 hours, Deputies conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the Delano area.  Deputies found a loaded firearm inside the vehicle and arrested two occupants of the vehicle who were on active parole.  An infant was also located inside the vehicle.  A smoking pipe was found on one of the passengers that was arrested.  Both were arrested and booked on the above listed charges.  

Arrested:  Jose Alfaro, 21 years old of Delano
           Edgardo Rosales, 22 years old of Delano
