On August 23rd, 2015 at approximately 1222 hours:

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by a victim who advised he had been carjacked by unknown suspects.  Detectives contacted the victim who advised at approximately 0445 hours he was driving his 2006 White, Buick Lucerne on northbound Highway 99 near the town of Goshen. 

The victim was north of the town of Goshen when he observed two male subjects walking on the east side of the highway.  The victim stopped to assist the subjects; and subsequently gave them a ride toward Fresno.  Soon after the subjects entered the vehicle, they brandished a weapon and directed the victim to the side of the road where they forced him out of the vehicle.  The two male suspects were last seen driving the victim’s car on northbound Highway 99 between Goshen and Traver.
