Suspect:

Wilson, Ralph (48 Years Old) from Porterville.

Narrative:

On 1/24/14 at 1000 hours, a deputy from the Porterville Substation conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation on the 1200 block of East Springville Drive in Porterville.  Upon the vehicle yielding, it was discovered the rear license plate was not the correct license plate for the vehicle and was being fraudulently displayed.  The driver, Ralph Wilson (48 Years Old), was contacted and discovered to have a suspended driver license.  

During a search of the vehicle, ammunition and methamphetamine were located inside.  Wilson is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing ammunition.  Wilson was arrested and booked into the Porterville Substation for the above charges.
