Narrative:

On 11/28/18 at approximately 1007 hours, Deputies responded to Alternative Achievement Program School located on the 28000 Block of Road 148 in Visalia in regards to an assault report.  Upon completing the investigation, deputies determined the suspect to be a 14 year old male.  The suspect became verbally aggressive toward staff and other students.  When staff members tried to intervene, the suspect physically assaulted and made criminal threats toward staff members. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Juvenile Detention Facility. 

This case is currently being investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
