Arrested: Suspect: Miguel Ramos, an adult male from Goshen

On 07/20/2018 at approximately 1937 hours, Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Tulare Area Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (TAGNET) were working gang suppression in the Goshen area. Detectives conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for vehicle code violations.

The driver was identified as Miguel Ramos and was discovered to have a suspended driver’s license and to be on active probation. Detectives found Ramos to be in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. Ramos was arrested without incident and booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
