When the investigators contacted the driver, one of the investigators saw an empty handgun holster on the passenger seat. The driver was asked if he had any firearms in the vehicle and he replied that he did and it was under the driver’s seat.

The investigators recovered a 9MM semi-automatic pistol that was loaded with 18 rounds of ammunition.
