On 8-4-2017 at approximately 1830 hours, Detectives from Tulare County Sheriff's TAGNET Unit (Tulare Area Gang & Narcotics Enforcement Team) along with IGET (Inter-Agency Gang Enforcement Team) conducted a probation compliance check at a residence in the 1200 block of Joy Court in Exeter.
Detectives contacted James Booher, 52, of Exeter, who is on probation for possession of narcotics for sales. The compliance check revealed him not to be complying with the terms of his probation. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and several prescription pills all believed to be in his possession for narcotic sales. He also had an outstanding felony warrant for the same charges.
During the compliance check, Detectives located a manufacturing lab which was being used to produce concentrated cannabis. A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested for manufacturing concentrated cannabis.
