After an approximate two (2) week investigation into the sales of illegal narcotics in the Terra Bella area, Investigators from Sheriff’s Department’s Narcotics Division and the Inter Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team (INET) consisting of personnel from Farmersville P.D., Lindsay P.D., and Exeter P.D were led to a residence in the 23700 blk. of Ave. 93. The ensuing investigation and search revealed approximately eight (8) grams of cocaine package for sales, with a street value of $800.00, scales and packaging material. The items were accessible to a two year old child located in the residence. The child was turned over to Child Protective Service.
As a result of the search warrant two people were taken into custody on the below charges.

Charges: 11350/11351/11366 H&S/273A, PC possession of a controlled substance for sales/maintaining a place for the sales of narcotics/Child Endangerment
2) Monica Estella Raya 22Yrs. Terra Bella resident Date of arrest: 02-19-14
