On 02-05-2016 at 1615 hours, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 13200 block of Avene 248 in Tulare regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted Daniel Vasquez, who fled on foot. Vasquez was subsequently detained and a dagger was found concealed on his person. Vasquez was on active CDCR Parole and a parole hold was issued. Vasquez was transported and booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
