On Thursday 07/28/16, the Gang Violence Suppression Unit and the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team conducted a follow up investigation in regards to an unrelated gang graffitti investigation and a compliance check of known Northern gang members in the community of Terra Bella in an effort to combat gang violence with a zero tolerance for gang activities. The investigators located an AR-15 style assault rifle, ammunition for the rifle, 1.7 grams of methamphetamine and six marijuana plants growing in the back yard. The rifle and methamphetamine were within reach of a minor child that was in the residence thus creating a child endangerment issue. The 17-year-old male minor in the residence was in possession of the rifle ammunition.
Ledesma was booked at the APTF and the Juvenile was booked at the Juvenile Detention Facility on the listed charges.
Photographs of the adult suspects can be obtained from the Main Jail.
