Suspect: Urtiz, Jesses Cesar Perez, 26 years old

On the above date and time, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a suspected DUI driver.  The driver and solo occupant, Urtiz, was contacted and detained after becoming uncooperative.  He was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm and was arrested. 

Suspect Urtiz was later booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
