On 05/23/2016 at 1825 hours, Deputies were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of Road 164 and Avenue 416. The reporting person observed a blue Dodge Neon leaving the area occupied by 3 Hispanic Male Adults. The reporting party followed the vehicle and observed two of the subjects exit the vehicle in the area of Avenue 412 and Road 152, where he observed one of the subjects carrying what appeared to be a rifle as they fled north into an orange orchard.

Upon arrival, a subject matching the description was seen crawling under some trees and continued to flee after numerous announcements were made. Deputies were later contacted by an additional reporting party reporting a suspicious person matching the description of the original suspects. Deputies searched the area and located and apprehended the suspect later finding a modified rifle in his immediate area. The suspect was later transported and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
