Suspect: Marcos Torres, 24, Orosi resident.

Deputies contacted the above suspect in the area of a closed business.  Deputies determined the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance and was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm.  Suspect was arrested and booked at the Adult Pre-Trail Facility without incident.
