On 05-16-2018 at approximately 2020 hours Deputies responded to a residence in the 14000 Block of Avenue 88, in Pixley, in regards to a report of a male shooting a firearm into the air from a vehicle. Responding Deputies located the vehicle and detained the suspect. A stolen AR 15 style rifle was located within the vehicle and the driver was determined to be intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody without further incident. This case remains under investigation.
