Charge PC 311.11 (Possession of Child Pornography)

Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff Departments Cyber Forensics Investigation Unit working in conjunction with National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Tulare Police Department received a Cyber Tip report from Fresno ICAC (Internet Crimes against Children) of child pornography photographs being viewed and uploaded within Tulare County. Search warrants were authored, and during the investigation, a suspect was identified as David Castillo.

On October 25th a search warrant was served in the 1600 Block of S Green St in Dinuba, the suspect was not located on that date and the investigation continued.

On November 22nd the Tulare Police Department located the suspect during an unrelated investigation. TCSO Detectives were notified, the suspect was interviewed and subsequently arrested and booked in the Tulare County Adult Pre Trial Facility for multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography and Violation of Parole.
