Narrative:                      

On 04-19-2019 at 0600 hours, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department T.A.G.N.E.T. along with Agents with Homeland Security Investigations executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the 100 block of S. Ash. Street in Earlimart.  This was a result from a joint investigation between Homeland Security Investigations and Tulare County Sheriff’s Office T.A.G.N.E.T.  While at the residence, Agents and Detectives conducted a search and located approximately one-half pound of cocaine.  Investigation further lead to a storage facility in Kern County where several firearms including firearms converted into fully automatic weapons were found and seized.  Several high capacity magazines were also located and seized.  After further investigation it was determined suspect Francisco Fernandez would be arrested and housed at Pre-Trial where he would be charged with the above listed charges Tulare County.
