Taken into custody were:  Oscar Rosales, 38 Yrs, Bakersfield                                          

Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia & possession of methamphetamine.

On 05-01-14 at approximately 1105 hours, a deputy responded to the 600 block of Reservation Road, for a report of a subject being detained by Tule River Tribal Police. The suspect, Oscar Rosales was found parked on the side of the roadway in his vehicle in possession of a baggie of methamphetamine for personal use and a glass pipe. Rosales was turned over to deputy from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office and booked at the Porterville Substation. 

This case is under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
