Narrative:

On 10/17/16, at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon further investigation, the driver was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. A search of the driver’s seating area revealed over 20 syringes and approximately 13.1 grams of heroin.

The driver was arrested and subsequently booked at the Porterville Substation.
