On 03/08/18 @ approximately 1727 hours Deputies from Pixley Substation were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Main St, Pixley for a disturbance and a subject with a gun. Upon arrival, Deputies observed a subject matching the description running from the scene.  Deputies found the subject, identified as Heli Pena-Beltran, and took him into custody.  Upon searching the subject incident to arrest, Deputies located a loaded high capacity pistol magazine in his pocket.  After further investigation it was discovered Heli had punched a window to a residence causing it to shatter.  Heli was taken into custody for possession of a high capacity magazine, resisting arrest, and vandalism.
