On February 16, 2016, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a suspicious person walking northbound on Orange Belt. Upon arrival, Deputies observed a vehicle yield to the side of the roadway and two subjects get in the vehicle rapidly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Upon contacting the subjects in the vehicle, it was learned a female passenger had multiple warrants for her arrest. Deputies detained her and transported her to the Porterville Substation for processing.

While processing the female, Deputies located tools associated with committing burglaries. The female was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and narcotics. The female was also found to be in possession of homemade SAPS. The female subject was subsequently booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
