On above listed date and time, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Substation, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Road 152 and Avenue 168 for a registration that expired in 2014.

While contacting the driver, Deputies discovered the driver purchased fraudulent tabs from an unknown subject. Upon searching the vehicle, incident to arrest, Deputies discovered metal knuckles inside the vehicle.   

Suspect in custody: Paul Ojeda 32.
