On Sunday, February 2nd at approximately 0900 hours, Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies served a search warrant at a residence in the 1600 block of East Cleo in Porterville after receiving complaints from area residents regarding possible narcotics activity. Deputies located methamphetamine packaged for sale, packaging materials, digital scales and a loaded firearm. Deputies arrested Donald Absher, 42 of Porterville and Danielle Duffy, 32 of Porterville pursuant to charges including possession of methamphetamine for sale, maintaining a drug house, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm and a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
