            Suspect #1 Roberto Arvizu MH/ 54 yrs                  Earlimart, Ca    In Custody

            Suspect #2  FH/ 40 yrs                                            Earlimart, Ca.   Out of Custody

            On 04/23/16 Investigators from the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team and the Gang Violence Suppression Unit conducted a probation compliance check at a residence in the 700 Block of East Tulare Avenue in Earlimart. Robert Arvizu is on probation and during the compliance check, Investigators found 42.5 grams of Methamphetamine packaged for sales along with indicia indicating sales of methamphetamine and 64.3 grams of marijuana bud.

Evidence was found implicating another person who lives in the residence as well, who was not there and is outstanding. Arvizu was arrested without incident and booked at the Sheriff’s Porterville Substation on the listed charges.
