The Tulare Area Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (T.A.G.N.E.T.), in conjunction with the Southern Tri-Counties High intensity Drug Trafficking Area (STC-HIDTA) task force, served a narcotic search warrant which was the culmination of an approximately 1-month long investigation:

Location: 500 block of North Smith Street, Tipton
Victim: State of California
Suspect: Steven Milton Eanes MW/ 52 years old IN CUSTODY
Charges: HS 11378/HS 11353.6b Possession of Methamphetamine for sales, Sales of Methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.

Investigators from TAGNET in conjunction with STC-HIDTA served a narcotic search warrant at the above listed location. An amount of Methamphetamine and packaging consistent with sales was located at the residence. Steven Eanes was subsequently placed under arrest at the scene and booked at the Adult Pre Trial Facility.

The case is currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office T.A.G.N.E.T. and STC-HIDTA and no other information is being released at this time.
