Bivens, Michael (43 Years)

Narrative:

On 3/26/15 at approximately 1051 Hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff Department responded to a residence on the 1000 block of East Springville Drive in Porterville to conduct a probation search on Michael Bivens (43 Years).  During the search, deputies located narcotics paraphernalia, narcotic prescription medication and indicia indicating the sales of narcotics.  Bivens did not have a prescription for the medication located in his residence.  Bivens was placed under arrest and transported to the Porterville Substation.  During the booking process inside the Porterville Substation Jail, 3.2 grams of methamphetamine was located hidden on Bivens’ person.  Bivens was booked into the Porterville Substation for the above charges.

This case is currently being investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
