On 4-3-17, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) coordinated with the United States Marshals Service, Bakersfield Office, in an attempt to locate and apprehend Gregorio Cisneros. Cisneros was listed as a parolee at large in addition to have having four active Tulare County warrants for his arrest, one of which was for a being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Information was developed which indicated Cisneros was in the Porterville area. At approximately 1655 hours, Cisneros was observed in a vehicle on the 1100 block of East Olive Avenue. He was subsequently detained without incident and found to be in possession of a large amount of purported methamphetamine.
Cisneros was booked into the Porterville substation for possession of methamphetamine for sales, the parole violation, and the four active Tulare County warrants.
