Arrested-Isabel Magana, 38-year-old Porterville Resident

On 03-10-2017, Deputies from the Sheriff's Porterville Substation contacted a female subject in the area of Avenue 196 and Road 230 in Strathmore. The female was found in possession of multiple packaged bindles of narcotics as well as narcotic paraphernalia. The female was arrested and booked for possession of narcotics for sales.
