On 04-08-2017 at approximately 2130 hours, Porterville Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 19600 Block of Wallace Road in Strathmore for a moving violation. During the traffic stop deputies discovered a substantial amount cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine underneath one of the seats inside the vehicle. Alvino Yanez was booked at the Porterville substation for the following charges.

1: C.A H.S 11378 possession of methamphetamine for sales. 
2: C.A H.S 11350 for possession of heroin and cocaine. 
3: C.A H.S 11351 for possession for sales of cocaine and heroin. 
4: C.A H.S 11352 for transportation of cocaine and heroin.
