On 06/11/15 at approximately 1143 hours, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call regarding a Grand Theft of a Kubota RTV which included several miscellaneous tools and equipment in the bed of the RTV. During the investigation the Tulare County Sheriff’s Agricultural Crimes Unit was called out to assist with the investigation. Deputies and detectives were able to locate the stolen property in the 200 block of Gibbons St., Porterville. 

During the investigation Keith Buckhannon Walls, a male adult, 42 years old was contacted regarding the Grand Theft. Ultimately Walls was arrested for Grand Theft and Possession of Stolen Property and booked at the Adult Pre Trial Facility.
