On 01-11-19, at approximately 0820 hrs, Deputies from the Headquarters Substation were dispatched to the 40400 block of Rd 74 for a report of discovered stolen property.  Employees from Four Seasons Packing were working in the area and discovered several ladders that were stolen from their business.  Upon further investigation additional ladders were discovered and another victim came forward and identified a ladder as belonging to YnT Farming.  During the course of the investigation, a sawed off .22 cal rifle was also discovered.  The suspect, Luis Patino, was contacted on scene and later arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of an Illegal Firearm.  The monetary recovery for the stolen ladders is approximately $1,270.00.
