On 6-6-16, Detectives with the Ag Crimes Investigations Unit developed leads as to possible suspects involved with the possession and theft of a Kubota RTV900. On 6-8-16, Headquarters Patrol Deputies responded to the Waukena area in regards to information of the whereabouts of the Kubota. Upon arrival they located the stolen Kubota in the yard of a residence.
Ag Crimes Detectives were contacted and assumed the investigation. Ultimately, Detectives located a loaded firearm and narcotics in possession by a previously convicted felon identified as Fortino Cisneros. He was arrested for the aforementioned charges and transported to the Adult Pre-Trial Facility where he was booked.
The Kubota was returned to its owner with an estimated recovery value of $10,000.
