On 06/05/17 at approximately 0930 hours, Deputies from the Sheriff's Pixley Substation responded to 11000 block of Avenue 56, Earlimart regarding a verbal argument.  While on scene, Deputies observed a 2012 Green Honda ATV with the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) removed. 

Deputies located another VIN on the frame and found the ATV was stolen out of Kern County. A subject who was involved in the verbal altercation was contacted regarding the stolen ATV and determined to the suspect in the case.  The ATV was recovered and later returned to the owner.
