On 08/04/17, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Porterville Substation developed leads regarding the location of stolen property. 

Deputies responded to a residence located within the 24400 block of Avenue 196, in Strathmore, and located a stolen trailer with a welder that had been reported under case # 17-8643.  Deputies also located a stolen travel trailer and a utility trailer. 

The California Highway Patrol responded and assisted with the recovery of the utility trailer and travel trailer. 

Two suspects were arrested on scene and were identified as Joycee Cribbs, 21, and Julian Carranza, 37.
