On noted date and time, Detectives of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, South End Gang Violence Suppression Unit, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jose Delgado from Pixley (DOB: 10/28/88) for traffic violations. Delgado was found to be on Probation for narcotics transportation and subject to search terms. A subsequent search of Delgado’s vehicle revealed a plastic bindle of crystal methamphetamine, weighing .3 grams, hidden beneath his seat. A passenger, Alfred Martinez,(DOB: 7/8/66) also from Pixley , was also detained after a larger bindle of crystal methamphetamine, weighing 28.2 grams, was located in close proximity of where he was seated. A search warrant was obtained and served at (S) Martinez’ residence (769 E Stanford Pixley) where narcotic Paraphernalia was located such as glass pipes used for ingesting the drug, (2) digital scales for weighing the substance, packaging material, an additional 3.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a loaded .45 cal. Semi auto pistol.A female, Holly Ann Lester, (DOB: 5/17/57) who resides at the suspect residence was found to have (3) active Orange County warrants with a total bail amount of $40,000.00 dollars. She was arrested and booked on those warrants. Suspects Delgado and Martinez were arrested and booked on charges of transportation, with the intent of distributing methamphetamine as well as conspiracy. They were all housed at Tulare County jail facilities. The narcotics seized had a total weight of 32 grams with a street value of approx. $1,200.00 dollars.
