Suspects in Custody: 

Suspect #1- Ricardo Barajas 37 yrs., Pixley Ca   Charges: PC-30305 (Felon Possession of ammunition), HS-11350 (Possession of controlled substance)

Suspect #2- Wylie Youngblood  43 yrs., Pixley Ca.   Charges: PC-29800(A)(1) (Felon Possession of Firearm), PC-30305(A)(1) Felon possession of firearm, PC-496 (Possession of stolen property)

Suspect #3- Juan Vega 20 yrs., Earlimart Ca.     Charges: PC-3056 (Parole Violation)

Suspect#4- Manuel Aguirre 18 yrs., Earlimart       Charges: HS-11364 (Possession of drug paraphernalia)

Suspect#5- Alejandro Navarro 24 yrs., Earlimart Ca.    Charges:  HS-11359 (Sales of Marijuana)

Suspect#6 – Juvenile male 17yrs., Earlimart Ca.     Charges:  Warrant Arrest 

Suspect#7 – Jacob Ojeda 23 yrs. Earlimart Ca.    Charges: Warrant Arrest

On 5-29-15, Deputies from TCSO Gang Violence Suppression Unit, Tulare Police Department, California Department of Corrections State Parole, Tulare County Probation Department and the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team which is made up of Investigators from the Exeter & Farmersville Police Departments and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department which is funded through JAG Grant called Closing the Circle, conducted (25) Probation / Parole compliance checks.  The areas targeted were the unincorporated Towns of Pixley, Earlimart and Alpaugh.  As a result of the operation the above listed suspects were taken into custody.  Also located during the detail was a stolen flatbed trailer valued at $5,000.00, the victim was contacted and responded to recover the property.  This case was turned over to the California Highway Patrol for further investigation.  A loaded firearm was also located and was later learned to be reported stolen.   

All suspects listed were subsequently arrested for above listed charges. 

The cases are currently under investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Gang Violence Suppression Unit and the Interagency Gang Enforcement Team.  Anyone with information regarding these cases is encouraged to contact Detective Miguel Franco or Sgt.
