Narrative:   On 04-03-14 Detectives from the Sheriff’s Gang Violence Suppression Unit conducted a multi- agency Probation and Parole compliance detail in the Exeter, Farmersville, Woodlake and Ivanhoe areas.  This detail was part of the continuing efforts to curb gang violence in the northern portion of Tulare County.  Gang Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department, Exeter, Farmersville, Visalia, Tulare and Dinuba Police Departments, Agents from California State Parole and Tulare County Probation as well as Investigators from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office participated in this detail.  This detail focused on those individuals’ currently on probation or parole to ensure the terms and conditions of their parole or probation were being adhered to.  

 

A total of 41 compliance checks were conducted resulting in the arrest of 10 persons. 

 

Arrested were:

       1)  Robert Huerta (21 yrs old from Farmersville)  Weapons related charges

       2)  Luis Ramirez  (29 yrs old from Ivanhoe)   Weapons related charges / Parole violation

       3)  Marcos Alonzo (26 yrs old from Farmersville)   Narcotics related charges

       4)  Juardo Gonzalez (31 yrs old from Exeter)  Narcotics related charges

       5)  Juan Osegura (27 years old from Farmersville)  Parole Violation / resisting arrest charges

       6)  Jose Luna  (22 yrs old from Farmersville)  Probation Violation

       7)  Kayla Hatfield  (18 yrs old from Farmersville)  Narcotics related charges

       8)  Abraham Madrigal (19 yrs old from Exeter)  Weapons related charges / Auto Theft

       9)  Rudy Conteras  (54 years old from Farmersville)  Probation Violation 

     10)   17 year old male juvenile (Farmersville area)  Narcotics related charges. 

 

Detectives recovered three hand guns, narcotics, one stolen off road vehicle, and conducted 21 gang field interviews.
