Probation/ Parolee Crackdown Leads to 28 Arrests & 5 Guns

Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Criminal Apprehension Team (CATTCH), Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Teams (TAGNET), Tulare County Probation and State Parole conducted several Parole and Probation compliance checks of probationers and parolees this past week. This operation involved tracking down people wanted for outstanding arrests warrants. Detectives concentrated on the south east area of Tulare County, which includes the communities of Richgrove, Terra Bella, Ducor, and the Tule Indian Reservation.    

As a result, Detectives seized 5 guns and made 28 arrests on various charges. The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Tulare County Jail:

-44 year old Edwardo Muniz of Richgrove on probation arrested on 2 warrants for Spousal abuse

-44 year old Demecio Lopez Jr of Terra Bella arrested on 4 arrest warrants for narcotic violations

-33 year old Sergio Ballesteros of Richgrove on probation arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia

-29 year old Daniel Lemus of Plainview arrested on 1warrant for under the influence of a narcotics

-25 year old Omar Saavedra of Ducor arrested on 2 warrants for public intoxication

-40 year old Alejandro Valencia on probation arrested on a felony arrest warrant for burglary

-28 year old Steven Ray Early on parole arrested for possession of a stolen trailer, possession of burglary tools, being a felon in possession of ammunition, and violation of his parole terms. Case #19-657

-48 year old Shalimar Gonzalez from Tule Reservation arrested on 2 warrants for theft & forged check

-42 year old Wayne Peyron from the Tule Reservation arrested on 3 warrants for spousal abuse, narcotics violations and new charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of  a controlled substance, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon  Case # 19-19-743

-34 year old Scott Benedict of Porterville arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance case # 19-793

-35 year old Eric Vasquez of Tule Reservation arrested on 2 felony warrants for Burglary & Grand Theft

-31 year old Richard McDarment of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for violation of Probation

-31 year old Charlmane Hunter of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for driving under the influence

-44 year old Bernard Brown of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for misdemeanor spousal battery

-40 year old Brandon Peyron of Tule Reservation arrested for restating Obstructing an officer & violation of probation Case #19-743

-63 year old Alfredo Cavasos of Porterville Cited to appear on warrant for being under the influence

-45 year old Edwin Moreno of Tule Reservation arrested on warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm

-37 year old Kea Franco of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for Driving under the influence

-59 year old Raymond Varela of Tule Reservation arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia

-22 year old Sebon Peyron of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for  driving with suspended license

-46 year old Robert Camarena of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for driving under the influence

-41 year old Darcie Rubio of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for Battery on dependent adult

-32 year old Shawntaya Acosta of Tule Reservation arrested on 1 warrant for driving under the influence

-49 year old Robert Beltran of Tule Reservation arrested for possession of a controlled substance

-38 year old Fawn Hunter of Tule Reservation arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia

-35 year old Francine Villegas of Tule Reservation arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia

-34 year old Martin Lopez of Tule Reservation arrested for possession of a controlled substance

-34 year old Ramon Jaramillo of Porterville arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition and possession of a stolen firearm.
