On 11/16/15 Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence in Visalia, regarding a juvenile female reporting a rape. When Detectives interviewed the minor, she reported that in the early hours of Sunday 11/15/15, she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male in a rural area of Southeast Visalia.
