Narrative: On July 4, 2016, Deputies were traveling eastbound on Highway 198 when they observed a motorcycle driver riding a wheelie on Highway 198 from the intersection of Highway 65. The motorcycle continued to travel eastbound on one wheel and finally pulled over at Road 204.

The driver, who was identified as Jaun Rodriguez, age 28, was arrested, cited, and released at the scene. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
