The woman has been located and was carried out by Tulare County Fire personnel . She has been airlifted to a hospital . Her status is unknown at this time. Lemoore NAS was called to assist, but the woman was located before they arrived.

RESCUE UNDERWAY FOR 20 YEAR OLD WHO FELL DOWN RAVINE IN SPRINGVILLE

The TCSO Search and Rescue Team are in the area of Highway 190 and Wishon in Springville for a 20 year old woman who fell down a ravine. The woman fell just after 3:00 p.m.
