On the above date and time, Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Porterville in regards to a residential burglary in progress. Deputies arrived on scene and observed multiple suspects get into a vehicle and leave at a high rate of speed.  A short vehicle pursuit ensued and concluded with the vehicle stopping, and two occupants running from Deputies.  The driver of the vehicle was apprehended approximately 100 yards north from where the vehicle stopped. A search was conducted for the passenger, but Deputies were unable to locate him. A third suspect was located inside the suspect vehicle and was taken into custody. 

The stolen items were located and returned to the property from which they were taken.
