On 02-21-2016 at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies from the Porterville substation were dispatched the 23000 block of Pepper in Terra Bella for a residential burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown subject entered the residence and stole jewelry, electronics, and other miscellaneous property.
