Narrative:

On 3/3/2016 at 1600 hours, Deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6000 block of West Caldwell Avenue in Visalia for a reported residential burglary. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the victim who reported several items were stolen from inside the residence.
