On 4/20/16, approximately 2012 hours, deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 13600 block of Avenue 232 regarding a burglary in progress.  Upon arrival, deputies located two suspects trying to leave the residence in a vehicle.  The vehicle was stopped and the two suspects were detained.  Upon further investigation, evidence was located which linked the two suspects to the burglary.  One of the suspects was also found to be in possession of stolen property from the residence.  Burglary tools were also located in the suspect’s vehicle.  

The suspects were booked at the Adult Pre-Trial facility without incident.

Suspect:
1.    Johnson, Rickey 34 years old, Charged with 459, 182, 496 and 466 PC.
2.    Johnson, Moriah 31 years old,  Charged with 459, 182 and 466 PC.
