On 08-05-16 at 1001 hours, Deputies responded to a resident on the 1700 block of Alila Avenue, in Pixley, in regard to a residential burglary. The reporting party called and stated an intruder walked into her house via the garage access door. 

She immediately called 911 and locked the door after seeing the subject exit the house.  Deputies cleared the residence and discovered the suspect had left prior to their arrival. No items were taken from the residence and no injuries were sustained.

The suspect remains outstanding. The estimated property damage was approximately $200. Photographs were taken of the crime scene.
