Suspect 1:  Brandon Michael Loewen.  Adult male from Visalia.  Arrested and booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department’s Adult Pre-Trial Facility.

On 5/25/18 at approximately 1345 hours, Deputies responded to 2100 block of North Bridge Street, Visalia to check the welfare of two female juveniles and attempt contact with (S) Brandon Loewen for a felony warrant out of San Luis County, CA.

Upon arrival to the residence, Deputies contacted Brandon Loewen and after advising him of his out of county warrant, Brandon fled from the residence on foot to a nearby neighborhood.  After an extensive search of the area, Brandon was located and arrested. 

Brandon was then transported to the Tulare County Pre-Trial facility where he was booked on fresh charges and his out of county warrant.
