On 3/15/15 Deputies from Tulare County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to an area located on the 30000 Block of Highway 190 regarding possible gang members in a verbal argument. 

Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the suspect who was identified as Frank Ramirez (37 years of age). Frank became aggressive and verbally threatened Park Rangers on scene. Frank was detained and placed in the rear of a Patrol Unit. While detained Frank kicked out the rear passenger window of the Patrol Unit and attempted to kick Deputies. 

Frank was arrested at the scene and later transported and booked at the Porterville Substation for Resisting an Executive Officer, Terrorist Threats and Vandalism.

This case forwarded to the District Attorney for review.
