On 3-16-15 a Deputy from Tulare County Sheriff’s Department contacted a subject in the 1000 block of Earlimart Street in Earlimart. 

While talking to the subject it was observed that he was intoxicated and unable to care for the safety of himself and others. After being placed in the patrol car the subject attempted to escape. The subject kicked and attempted to bite the deputy. It was later discovered the subject initially provided a false name and date of birth. The subject had an active misdemeanor warrant for pc 148. He was booked into Tulare County Jail.
