Suspect: Andrew Delgadillo, 29 years old, Visalia

On 12-16-2015, Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic violation in the area of Rd 132 and Ave 328, Visalia. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Andrew Delgadillo and was subsequently determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. As Deputies attempted to place Delgadillo in handcuffs, he fled on foot and a chase ensued. Deputies were involved in a short struggle with Delgadillo and he was eventually taken into custody after forcefully resisting. During the investigation, the vehicle Delgadillo was driving was found to be reported stolen with the Dinuba Police Department. Delgadillo was transported and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility on the above listed charges.
